KOVAX LLC’s Principal, Molly Kovaka, has 20+ years experience in technical project planning, delivery, management, and leadership in the construction and telecommunications industries. Ms. Kovaka has managed an array of critical communications projects in the Northwest including land mobile radio system replacement, microwave path replacements, new site builds, communications project scoping, fiber installations, and network hardware upgrades. With a master’s degree in construction management, extensive professional project management experience, and a hands-on foundation as a QA/QC tech in material and environmental sciences, Ms. Kovaka possesses a broad understanding of all aspects of project delivery from management theory and delivery methodology to estimating, permitting, and construction management. Ms. Kovaka leads her project teams with focus on human systems, and emphasis on communication and data management strategies.
